Dana is a very kind and caring person. She looked after my father who had dementia back in 2018 for 6-8 months. During that time she cared for all the needs of my father as a live-in Carer. She cooked, cleaned, dealt with health professionals and all my father’s needs from day to day care to administering medicines. She was an excellent back up for myself and other family members during extremely challenging times and the end of my father’s life. She was a team player and a true professional at all times and don’t know how we would have managed without her.

I worked with Dana from 2008 to 2014 caring for people with different health care needs, such as mental health needs, physical health needs and social health needs. Also people with dementia. Dana exercised great level of compassion, patience, hard working and understanding of her residents. She was a team player and always see challenges in a positive way, . She was able to initiate care needs of the residents and develop relevant care plans in a personalised way.
