Hello, my name is Xolani M, and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others lead independent lives. With years of experience providing care for individuals with diverse needs, I am confident in my ability to meet the unique challenges and requirements that each person presents.
I have extensive experience and training in various care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care. I have worked with clients who have had Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, depression, and have been bedbound. With my skills in bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
Not only am I able to provide the necessary care, but I also enjoy engaging with my clients and building meaningful relationships with them. Outside of my caregiving role, I have many hobbies that help me relax and recharge. I am an avid painter and enjoy taking walks in nature. Additionally, I find great joy in cooking and baking, solving puzzles, and decorating. I have a special fondness for cats and fish, making them my preferred pets.
As a carer, my attributes of being caring, friendly, and helpful allow me to create a safe and nurturing environment. I am motivated by the prospect of empowering individuals and enabling them to maintain their independence.
