• Provide friendly and professional companionship including social activities 6-10 times per month.
• Carried out cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation ensuring patient followed their nutrition plan with success.
• Maintain patient progress notes for the family and care team with no incidents and 100% satisfaction rate.
• Assisted older adults and mentally challenge clients with hygiene and grooming which my aged father is among.
• Provide support like showering, toileting and incontinence care.
• Administered medication.
• Prepared and served meals.
