I tried logging in on that webpage but it still says I couldn't as email in use. I tried closing down the email but it made no difference. I tried ringing you but no reply. So here is the review. Please put it in the correct place yourself. My mobile is 07884357003. 14/6/22. 5 stars. My mother sadly died a month ago and Flavia looked after her as a live-in day carer for about the last two months. Mum had Parkinson's and was bedridden for the last year, needing all aspects of personal care, including latterly, feeding and drinking by spoon. Once or twice a week she did enjoy being hoisted into a wheelchair and taken round the garden of the Retirement Community in which she lived or the occasional outing a bit further afield. Although confused when tired, Mum was generally fairly with it.Flavia was excellent. Bright, quick to pick things up. Efficient, but not rigid. Mum liked her as she was cheerful and upbeat, but not loud. She has a good sense of humour and listened and interacted well with Mum and the family. Drugs were given on time and she was very good in encouraging Mum to eat and drink. Not easy as Mum had swallowing difficulties and both activities took a long time. She was very good at all the personal care too and making sure Mum's skin was kept in good condition. Flavia was also quite creative in seeing if Mum wanted to listen to music or see soothing images to music on TV or be read aloud to or to talk about the pictures in the room. She was sensible enough to have had all her Covid vaccinations too, which so often we found carers from other agencies did not have. I would highly recommend her.
