Mia is a very good carer. She is knowledgable, professional and a very competent, compassionate carer. She treats the clients with great respect. I worked with her looking after a husband and wife both with dementia. She was reliable and a pleasure to work with.

Mia was the live in carer for my wife for two months from 4th February to 31 March 2022, while my wife's other carer was on holiday in S. Africa, My wife has dementia with quite challenging behaviour at times including a strong objection to being washed or cleaned , and Mia proved herself to be extremely competent in coping with all her issues . She is very practical with a great sense of humour , completely honest and trustworthy. She had to spend several hours at night with my wife when she was in hospital and frequently had to respond to calls from my wife at night when she was at home, all of which she did cheerfully and with kindness . Mia fulfilled all her duties as a carer in an efficient and competent manner and I am happy to recommend her as a first class live in carer
