I have been a Senior Support Worker with 10 years of experience and expertise in providing care to service users both young and Adult with mental health problems, dementia and learning difficulty presenting with wide range of complex psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Compassionate, Patience , Kind and service user focused caregiver.
Organised and detail oriented with high standards of performance and support plan and protocols. Supporting service users in their daily activities whilst upholding their dignity, facilitating therapeutic sessions and social activities as well as promoting independent living. Ability to positively engage with service users experiencing emotional, behavioural , social, psychological and learning difficulties and being able to adapt to their dynamic needs. Finding efficient solutions for everyday problem faced by clients, have tact and discretion to perform tasks without causing client any discomfort - preserving the dignity of client is an absolute necessity.
