RACHEL has looked after my son Lee many years ago. She's a very excellent Carer I should say and is very keen on her role supporting us in all aspects of Lee's care- she's tactile and having a sense of responsibility to her work while with us. I commend Rachel as one of the best carers we had. if there's anything more you need to know please do not hesitate to call or email me. Kind regards, Jim Brook

I worked with Rachel for 2 years. And i can honestly say that i found her to be very professional, kind hearted, patient, caring and a great cook! Nothing was too much for Rachel, she would go over and beyond to make sure her client was comfortable. I worked with Rachel until our client was put into a Nursing Home, and i can genuinely say i miss Rachel so much. We teamed up so well, she was the day carer and I did nights, so we lived together with our client. She is a wonderful person with a heart of gold. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a first class worker like her.

Excellent. Rachel was very kind, professional and patient with my father who really liked her as his carer. I can't recommend her enough. There were no issues and she blended in to the family home really well. Super carer and very nice lady.

Rachel was a sensitive, kind and very helpful carer to my mother. She had to cope with a very old , deaf and, feisty at times, old l lady of over 100 yrs old. Not only having to cook special meals that mum could swallow , as no teeth, but lift her about to get her dressed, washed, go to loo, see to her skin, liquid intake, incontinence, etc. Mum could at times be really difficult. She also had some dementia. In the end we had a day and night carer. They worked hard as a team and were supportive to each other sharing out the caring. Rachel was fun to be with when l visited.
