Ncebakazi (Idred) has been an absolute star since she started caring for my mother two months ago. She understands the needs of an elderly person in the early stages of dementia and has treated my mother with great kindness and skill. Idred is proactive and suggests ways that my mother’s care can be improved. She has proved to be completely reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any future care position. She’s great!
