Description
There is an important need to provide care for persons who are in need of it. However, doing this equitably well often requires a deep understanding of the various standards of care and the principles that govern the provision of care that meets the preferences of those who need it, as well as extending that care in a trustworthy manner in a safe environment. I focused on providing friendly and helpful care to service users needing support with preference to the needs of the service users.
Aims and Objectives
The central purpose that necessitates this business is to provide a safe environment of care that will meet the needs of the vulnerable in society. It is believed and with a wide range of evidence that vulnerable people in society whether young or old deserve a good quality of life and this can be best provided when the environment of care is suited to their preferences and operations are in alignment with established models of care and with regards to standard legislations and policy frameworks.
The objectives of the organisation are clearly designed to ensure that the service users are properly cared for and well respected in terms of human rights and dignity. I further seeks to do possible best within the available strategies of care to ensure that the wellbeing of the people receiving care is well protected. There are many advantages to getting this done part of which is that no matter the health condition of the service user, they are able to gain reassurance and hope for a quality life. The organisation does not aim at fostering a reliance network but to develop a community of independent service users who are able to come up with self-inspired coping skills and other positive behaviour that would help to improve on their health and wellbeing. The organisation will be focused on giving service users an opportunity to design how they wish to be cared for and how their health is to be managed
