I am easy going person, I am 53 years old, very friendly, approachable, enthusiastic, patient and positive, trustworthy, reliable, confident and responsible above all, with a nice sense of humour and always in good spirit.
I like long walks in nature, doing yoga, ice skating, reading, listening to classic music, watching good movies, cooking and baking… I love to travel the world, get to know people’s mentality and habits, to have new experiences!
I like inter-personal communication and I am fluent in 5 languages: English, Greek, Romanian, Italian, French and Spanish. I am a highly motivated person, with over 4 years of experience in Adult Health Care Sector, 5 years Child Care, 15 years of retail and Customer service, 5 years of Food & Beverage experience and 5 years of Volunteer implication in helping vulnerable and frail elderly people from my neighbourhood.
My work concept is to follow all Care Standards and Procedures, that will allow me to provide customers, in a unique manner and person-centred way, an excellent quality of care and support. I always do my job with love, compassion and dedication.
I like to make a difference in people’s lives and I do have a nurturing care nature, with a delicate attitude. When I first came to UK, I was a full-time live-in nanny. An 18 months old baby girl, orphan of mother, was the reason that brought me to England. I raised her 4 years, embracing her with all my love and protection, like her mother would do. Realising how wonderful is to care for someone, 24 hours on one to one basis, I decided to make a career in Health & Social Care sector.
I strongly believe, that helping individuals to live an as much independent life, in the comfort of their own home, is incredibly rewarding! I love to be their Earth-angel!
