Hi I booked Veronica to look after my mum on my daughters wedding. She was so good 😊 my mum loved her. My mum usually has carers come in mornings. It’s a shame thst it’s not convenient otherwise my mum would want Veronica to care all the time. Veronica is a lovely lady & all my family liked her.

I worked with Veronica over a period of eight weeks. I was the live-in carer and Veronica covered my daily three hour breaks. I found her to be very friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable from a medical / health care point of view and understanding the client's needs. She is loyal and dedicated to her profession.

I found Veronica online when desperate to get assistance for post surgery care. After a little chat and agreement of the care I would need, I choose her. I have been a career myself and when she knew exactly what I was talking about that just clicked perfectly. Once we met in person on my first visit I couldn't be happier with my choice. She is very friendly and positive. She already had so much knowledge about my condition that she gave me the best advice and kept me motivated to recover. I also have a curious pet and she was super careful and mindful of my cat getting on the way. Despite the pain I was in, Veronica made me the most comfortable, assisted me on an emergency and she gave me consistent care in person centred approach allowing me to recover my independence gradually. Thank you from the heart.

Supporting vulnerable people is a calling and Veronica embodies this. She is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I have engaged a few carers but would highly recommend Veronica’s service as my first option.
