I am young man with a great passion for what I do. I am proudly Nigerian by birth and I love my culture. I have a Masters degree in Environmental Health from the University of the West of England (UWE) Bristol. I am also currently doing some professional courses in Health and Safety as I want to be a certified Health and Safety professional . I am calm, coolheaded, compassionate and empathetic. I am also respectful, patient, reliable and committed to whatever I do. I am married with two kids and I love my family. I must also state that I have a great passion for children and I love to see them always happy.
I don't just do anything but whatever I do I am 100% committed to it and Care is where my heart lies. As a Carer, I enjoy helping and caring for people as well as helping people to be independent as much as possible and also to help them live their normal lives.
I have almost 2 years experience in care work. Also back home in Nigeria, I worked with the Federal Government of Nigeria as an Assistant Superintendent of Quarantine and rose to the post of a station coordinator where I was relating with different sets of People daily. In 2015 I received a national award from the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for outstanding service to my fatherland.
I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I can work with minimal supervision. I can relate with people individually. I am also empathetic and so I can connect with people as well as give person centered care.
