Alexandra is a wonderful carer - kind, helpful and very patient. My Mum has dementia, and having lived alone and independently for 30 years, a sensitive approach was needed to introducing care to her home setting. Mum took to Alexandra straight away due, I'm sure, to her gentle and positive nature and kind, patient approach. Alexandra always coped with the challenges that surfaced as a result of Mum's condition, and always went the extra mile to meet her needs. An excellent carer.
