From there I commenced work in an inpatient setting, specialising in Hospital based complex care and assessment for older adult mental health and dementia care.

I have a total of 10 years experience in the health care sector having started working with young people with learning disabilities in the community, and supporting adults in home based care.
The skills I have gained from working with higher needs care enables me to best assess and support your needs. I am a very positive person and encourage people to work towards their goals and needs in a supportive way. I also greatly enjoy conversation and getting to know people and, equally, them getting to know me. I work with a person-centred approach and feel that this helps us to work together and creates a positive environment. I am keen to support individuals needs in any area of support needed.
A focus of mine is supporting people to engage in activities and empowering others to remain confident in themselves.
Outside of work I enjoy weightlifting, walking and nature.

My mum was really happy with how Chloe's visit went, saying she would give it 95-99 out of 100% good! I think she liked that Chloe was both relaxed but also did things like stop at the bottom of the stairs/steps when my mum was on her way down. My mum really enjoyed chatting with Chloe (my mum is DEF a chatter!) and v much appreciated her making her bed for her and doing other things around my house that mum is currently not able to do safely or easily.
