My Name is Charmaine, I have been a carer for eights years, the first person I cared for was my neighbour i realise that it was something that I had the passion for so I decided to work in the community care where I go into clients homes and assist with personal care helping them to get dressed prepared meals administrate medication and domestic chores, shopping going on errands arranging hospital and Doctors appointments assisting them with using commode getting in and out of bed, I also have Experience in working in care homes assisting clients with getting in and out bed using the hoist wheelchair doing transfers from wheelchair commode assisting them with a strip wash or a shower drying and creaming skin putting on their clothes serving breakfast, lunch ,dinner changing pad, making beds,
