Dear Sir / Madam This is to inform you that Mr Edward ticked ALL the boxes. We clicked from the moment he stepped into my house. He arrived promptly and on time. He was presentable and polite and he adhered to the protocol, ensuring that I have no fever, or incontinence or indeed any Covidd-19 symptoms. We sat for about an hour and had a chat re my life, as I am in the process of writing my memoirs. He has shown kin interest to hear about my life and he was asking questions, (I owe to say that I did encourage him to do so), and was very helpful and understanding, so much so that I found it very easy to talk about myself. Normally, I would not do so with anyone, as I am a very reserved person. After this, I took my two crutches and went for a walked along Wood Green High Street. He kept pace with me, and always very considerate when crossing, ensured that there no oncoming vehicles. We kept talking while walking. I found this "Talking Therapy" very uplifting and very therapeutic. Edward has shown maturity and commitment, and I am very happy to get to know him. I am sure that I will contact him again in due course as I am fully satisfied with him. I would recommend Edward to any prospective employers or users as he is a very respectable and knows his subject very well. My final words are "A Big Thank you. Well done!!! I am very impressed!!!"

Edward is a remarkably enthusiastic person, very understanding, a good listener, patient and understands situations very well. I am very pleased with the care that he gave my father. I would book him again in the future.
