I am an enthusiastic, committed individual who has recently completed my BSC in health and social care in Sunderland University in London. I also obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. I am seeking a new challenging position within the health care sector. I have Achieved extensive experience in health and social care services, working with vulnerable adults, young people and new mothers and babies. I have worked with Autism Spectrum and dementia service users for various well known organizations, I am Proficient in numerous IT applications and flexible working in different environments in a team and also independently.
My main duties includes; providing personal care, emotional and practical support, i am friendly and polite, i am extremely capable with passion to deliver excellent care to my clients and I also ensure Care Plans where updated accordingly. I keep patient's records such as; clinical daily notes, regular risk assessment and health and safety checks safe and secure.
i am experienced in Supporting mothers and babies, taking patients observations such as, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, oxygen, respiration, and blood sugar I also assist midwives with weighing babies, bathing when necessary, feeding babies, assisting mothers with personal care after having a section, venepuncture taking bloods). i like working in a clean and safe environment, I undertake, monitor, and record health and safety checks such as checking the taps, temperatures, equipment and so forth. And I also make sure the environment is safe for the patients.
