I am a caring , friendly and sensitive individual who has much experience of working with people with different needs. I enjoy helping others and I have intensive knowledge to deliver high quality and effective support which promote the independence, well being of venerable people.
Also looking after venerable people and have given me considerable understanding of different background and cultures. In my previous job as support worker, I support service users to maximise their income, to budget, to cover domestic bills, key Working, Assess Client’s needs and living expenses. As an individual who provides the highest quality of service always, I am always intimately involved in everything that happens to people under my care, and I am only truly happy when the quality of a customer’s life has been markedly improved.
As a highly motivated person I have a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn from my own and other mistakes. I have experience of making and send appointments, photocopying, IT skills which include the use of Microsoft Office, and dealing with queries over the telephone or in person.
