Mary has been providing support for our Mother who has progressive vascular dementia. Mum moved from her long term home into sheltered housing and needed support gaining as much independence as possible. Mary was hugely skilled and supportive. She provided very practical assistance for mum helping her set up systems at home and building routines. She took the lead helping mum with hospital appointments, changing her GP and pharmacy and being a link between mum, the family and mum's healthcare professionals. Mary helped mum gain the confidence to start cooking and baking again and to start inviting friends over to her new flat and re-building her social connections. Mary's communication with the family has been exceptional. We'd highly recommend Mary as a skilled and experienced carer.
