We feel very lucky to have found Rochelle- she is a natural carer and very experienced and considerate- sensitive to my mum's needs and notices extra things she can do to help. She is very professional, organised and punctual, and keeps in touch with me, including writing visit reports which are really helpful and reassuring.

Rochelle has been and continues to be a wonderful support to my mum. Nothing is a problem and she makes mum feel secure and relaxed. Rochelle always gives us regular updates making us feel confident that we have the right carer. Will use her regularly and have no hesitation in recommending Rochelle to anyone in the future.

Rochelle has been amazing with my disabled brother. Carl is profoundly deaf, has severe lymphedema and learning difficulties. He can be quite a tricky customer, but he loves spending time with Rochelle. As well as helping him with household tasks and massaging his legs, she is also a wonderful companion: engaging him in conversation, playing games and even going on short outings. I couldn't recommend her more!

You will not find anyone as amazing Rochelle. She is kind, caring,punctual, reliable, professional, experienced, and knowledgable. She put us first and nothing was too much trouble. Not only did she care for the patient but for whole the family too! We were so lucky to have met Rochelle.
