I am a qualified carer with over 8 years of working experience in nursing homes and domiciliary care. Caring for the elderly and adults with learning disabilities. I also have over 4 years experience of working with children and young people with special needs and learning disabilities in a special school. I am a God-fearing and practising Christian. I am very kind, passionate, reliable, empathetic, honest and trustworthy with excellent communication skills. I enjoy reading books and watching movies, going out with family and friends and listening to soul-reaching music. I enjoy looking after other people including children. My satisfaction is putting a smile on someone else's face and as well as contributing to the positive outcomes and well-being of others.
I have training in manual handling, safeguarding, medication, and feeding. I am a qualified First Aider with a Level 3 First Aid at Work. All the pieces of training that I hold in my current job have equipped me with transferable skills that can be useful in a healthcare setting.
