Hello, my name is Dorcas E. As a female home carer with 8 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing my clients with quality care and support. I offer both hourly and overnight care services and have an array of skills that suit different care needs. When it comes to providing care, I am caring, friendly and helpful. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping people lead independent lives, whether it's because of illness, age or disability.
I understand how important it is for people in need of care to have someone who can assist them with bathing, toileting, dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I have experience caring for clients with mild cognitive impairment, bedbound, Parkinson's disease, anxiety and depression, among other conditions. I am passionate about what I do and take every opportunity to learn new skills and techniques that will help me to better serve my clients.
Beyond caring, I enjoy cooking and baking in my spare time, and I get along well with pets such as cats, dogs, spiders, lizards, and turtles.
