My name is Lurline Cameron, and I have 12 years of experience working as a care worker. I have supported clients mainly at home as a living carer and as a private one to one carer. I love helping others, and I enjoy my job. I am very hard working, have good attention to detail, am willing to listen, and am very approachable. Throughout the 12 years, I have worked with clients living with dementia who sometimes presents challenging behaviour. I understand how to support clients in distress, those experiencing memory loss or those who may present behavioural challenges while remaining calm and reassuring.
