Description
I have been a carer for the past 10 years, i have chosen to become a carer because I'm someone that's find joy in helping and taking care of people.
I like to see people around me, happy and especially those that depend on me for they every day activities in life.I like to encourage and support people to live a full and independent life as much as possible.
Recently i have been caring who had dementia and memory loss. She was frustrated by people telling her what to do,and what no to do.She often had challenging demands wich was require patience and understanding to help her with living to her best potential .
We formed a very close relationship ,we become very close to each other, we went out for walk and she was remembering thinks frok when she was a child, wich was very good for her remember who she is,where she's coming from,who is her family, so i look very well after her and she was so happy having me around her from last year until recently.
Working with various clients I've gained invaluable experience and knowledge providing me a very good communication skills ,patience and compassion to deliver excellent care,ensuring that life is better and lived to its potential .
