Hello, my name is Antonia E. I am a female home carer who has been providing care for two years now. One thing you will quickly learn about me is that I am a caring, friendly, and helpful professional. I have always taken pride in making others feel comfortable and cared for.
My motivation for caring comes from my desire to help people lead independent lives. I believe that everyone should feel valued and respected, regardless of any personal circumstances. As a home carer, I find that I am able to help people maintain their dignity whilst receiving the support and assistance they need.
I am experienced in providing hourly and overnight care and I am fully capable of driving. I have my own car which allows me to assist clients in any way necessary. My skills include bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. Over the last two years, I have worked with clients who have mild cognitive impairment, are bedbound, suffer from Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking. I also like to spend time with pets and have no issues looking after cats, dogs, or fish.
