Also I have a Care Certificate, Certificate of Understanding Autism, Certificate of Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities whose Behaviour Challenges. In my previous role as a Support Worker I had good knowledge and experience in working with people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging behaviour and Mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. I was responsible for providing practical and emotional support.
I am always keen to help and support my clients in a professional, kind and friendly manner. I try to understand my client’s needs and feelings from their point of view. I respect my clients for whom they are and give them equal opportunity and to promote independency, healthy and an active life style as much as possible. I enjoy cooking what the client chooses.
