I hired Ndeye as she had a 5 star review and was very helpful when we first spoke, although when she turned up it was a completely different story. Very unwilling to help in anything that was asked, I tried to negotiate with her to give me some time to find another carer in the meantime as the person she needed to look after had just had surgery, she couldn't care less. If you need someone you can count on, I wouldn't hire her. She was very rude and unprofessional.
