There is an important need to provide care for persons who are in need of it. However, doing this equitably well often requires a deep understanding of the various standards of care and the principles that govern the provision of care that meets the preferences of those who need it, as well as extending that care in a trustworthy manner in a safe environment. I focused on providing friendly and helpful care to service users needing support with preference to the needs of the service users. Aims and Objectives The central purpose that necessitates this business is to provide a safe environment of care that will meet the needs of the vulnerable in society. It is believed and with a wide range of evidence that vulnerable people in society whether young or old deserve a good quality of life and this can be best provided when the environment of care is suited to their preferences and operations are in alignment with established models of care and with regards to standard legislations and policy frameworks. The objectives of the organisation are clearly designed to ensure that the service users are properly cared for and well respected in terms of human rights and dignity. I further seeks to do possible best within the available strategies of care to ensure that the wellbeing of the people receiving care is well protected. There are many advantages to getting this done part of which is that no matter the health condition of the service user, they are able to gain reassurance and hope for a quality life. The organisation does not aim at fostering a reliance network but to develop a community of independent service users who are able to come up with self-inspired coping skills and other positive behaviour that would help to improve on their health and wellbeing. The organisation will be focused on giving service users an opportunity to design how they wish to be cared for and how their health is to be managed

My name is miss Ama Marfo, I am 41 years old and also a mother of 3. I have been a carer for a lot of years, I even cared for my ex husband who was disabled from having three terrible accidents which affected his spinal cord, waist, shoulders and knees. I am a Christian Ghanaian woman with strong morals and I am extremely passionate about my job. Throughout the years I have gotten a range of experiences from caring for children and young people ( SPECIAL CHILDREN ) under the age of 18 and over, also working with the elderly in many care homes. Before my grandparents sadly passed away I was the one who looked after both and cared for them. All of these have made me understand the hard work, patience and responsibility that comes with being a cared and I am very grateful for that and I believe it had an impact on my character making me more compassionate. Before I moved into the Uk I was a professional caterer. I have a HND (high national diploma) in hospitality, hygiene and catering so I am very knowledgeable on this aspect. In 2018 I opened a cleaning business and named it Amadel cleaning company Ltd which I later renamed as A&R cleaning and recruitment agency which is currently running right now however it is not too active. I am extremely enthusiastic about my work and it would be incredible to work for/ with many new other people. Thank you

I ventured into the care sector during my first year of university. My mother has been a carer and currently works as a mental health nurse. She has always shared her experience with me, helping me understand what it takes to be a carer and what to expect. Her guidance and inspiration have been instrumental in my decision to become a carer and now I’m currently studying for my MSc in Mental Health Nursing. I find it fulfilling to look after people, helping them maintain their independence and everyday lives. I enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and learning about their life experiences. When working with female clients, I feel a sense of connection, and we can relate to each other easily. I have worked in various care settings, including residential, community, forensic hospital, care homes, and nursing homes. My experience working as a carer has equipped me with skills such as compassion, effective communication, observation, attentiveness, organization, patience, and empathy. Outside of care, I am a makeup artist with a passion for creating unique looks for myself and my clients. I have been doing this for a few years and find it enjoyable. I also love cooking, and while I wouldn't call myself a chef, I enjoy preparing meals for family and friends. During the first lockdown, I started a small business making meals for people to order which was a great experience; I still do it from time to time. I also enjoy working out at home and in the gym, constantly challenging myself to set and achieve my fitness goals. If you would love to have me as your carer feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. With sincere gratitude Daphyne

In terms of pet preferences, I am comfortable with dogs, lizards, turtles, snakes, and spiders. I understand that pets often play an important role in the lives of those I care for, and I am happy to accommodate their needs. Ultimately, my motivation for being a carer is rooted in my desire to help people lead independent lives. I believe in treating each client with respect and dignity, while also providing the support and companionship they need to thrive.
