I am a Hungarian woman (53yrs). I started to work as a care worker in UK around 20th of March 2019. First as a domicilary carer by walking, 2 months later by car and afterthat a couple months later as live-in carer. I had different klient within dementia and disability too. I guess I can cook well and I personally try too eat healthy which means I eat fish, chicken, some times turkey and lots vegetable and fruits.
