Level lakeside strolls in Trent Country Park
Cockfosters
A 400 acre council country park of woodland, lakes and a water garden on the northern edge of the borough, open every day of the year. A carer can drive in, park close to the facilities and keep to the wider surfaced tracks near the lakes for a short there and back walk with a stop at the cafe.
Getting around: The main car park by the toilets at the Cockfosters Road entrance has designated disabled parking bays and parking is free.
