Based in Ilford, I provide hourly and visiting care, and after eight years in this line of work, I have learned that good care is often found in the ordinary moments: a shared cup of tea, a puzzle worked through together, music playing while I help with the tea.”

Ana was an exceptional carer for my father,who has advanced dementia with complex needs. Her kind and competent approach lifted a lot of the pressure and enabled us to take care of our father in his own home, as we wished. We would highly recommend her for any future care work.
