I am a private Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care Manager known for delivering highly intelligent, bespoke, and dignified care for clients requiring an elevated standard of support. Working exclusively with discerning families across London and surrounding areas, I provide a premium alternative to traditional domiciliary care through a uniquely sophisticated, evidence-informed approach. With deep expertise in Alzheimer’s disease and complex dementia presentations, I specialise in supporting clients from academic, professional, and high-achieving backgrounds—individuals who benefit from articulate communication, meaningful intellectual engagement, and carefully tailored behavioural strategies. My approach combines advanced dementia knowledge with a calm, executive presence, enabling her to guide families with clarity, confidence, and compassion. As both caregiver and care manager, I am not only provides direct therapeutic support but also lead and coordinate the wider care team. I manage communication between families, clinicians, and private healthcare providers; oversees day-to-day routines; ensure the home environment supports cognitive and emotional stability; and acts as a trusted advisor through periods of change or crisis. My work extends beyond day-to-day care, offering tailored cognitive engagement programs, behavioural management, safety planning, and high-level companionship rooted in empathy, professionalism, and respect for personal identity. I stay calm when things get difficult. That is something I have learned to hold onto over five years of caring, and it is often what clients and families notice first about me, whether we are managing a health scare or just working through an ordinary tricky moment together. I am based in London and offer hourly, live-in and overnight care. I have supported people with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, heart disease, spinal injury and cerebral palsy, among other conditions, and I am comfortable with hands-on care such as bathing, hoist use, catheter and colostoromy care, alongside cooking, cleaning and simple companionship. I speak German, English, French and Turkish, which sometimes makes a real difference to the people I sit with. Away from work I like walking, dancing, cooking, puzzles and a good game of cards, and I often bring these into my time with clients because shared activities build trust faster than anything else. I am kind, respectful and steady under pressure, and I believe care should help people keep as much independence as possible. Helping people live full, independent lives is what drew me into care, and nine years on it still feels like the right fit for me. I offer live-in and overnight care in Gloucester, and I speak Chechen, Russian and Turkish alongside English, which has often put clients at ease when their first language isn't English. Over the years I have supported people through a huge range of conditions, from dementia and Parkinson's to mobility issues, diabetes and mental health needs such as anxiety and depression. I am just as comfortable with the practical side of a day, bathing, dressing, catheter care and medication, as I am with the quieter moments in between. What I enjoy most is the company itself: cooking a proper meal together, going for a walk, or simply sitting down for a good conversation.
