Hourly care visits in Greater London for a female client in her 70s–80s with stroke-related speech impairment, anxiety, type 2 diabetes and mild cognitive impairment. Female carer needed to collect her and take her to a local exercise class and social club; visits are about 1 hour 30 minutes. No personal care required; duties include medication prompts and a calm, patient approach as she can be anxious with unfamiliar people.
