PrimeCarers finds clients, handles contracts, invoicing and payments for you, and provides insurance while you work. Requirements to join are straightforward: at least one year of professional care experience, an Enhanced DBS check (we can help arrange this), the right to work in the UK, and verifiable references. You’ll need a willingness to work patiently with people living with dementia and to follow care plans agreed with families. Typical duties are recorded and agreed before you start any placement.
