We’re looking for experienced, compassionate carers across Rhyl and nearby towns such as Rhuddlan, Towyn, Prestatyn, Abergele, St Asaph and Old Colwyn. This is ongoing self-employed work: you set your own rates and choose the clients, hours and area you cover. Typical rates are £18.50–£21.80 per hour; many carers list £18.50–£21.80 per hour for hourly care or £145–£160 per day for live-in days. PrimeCarers handles client introductions, contracts, invoicing and payments, and provides insurance while you’re working on a placement.

This role suits carers who already have at least a year of professional care experience and who prefer the continuity of supporting people with dementia at home. You’ll be patient, good at keeping routines, able to adapt approaches as needs change, and comfortable working with families and other professionals to deliver consistent, person-centred care in Denbighshire and the Rhyl area.

To join you’ll need: at least one year of professional care experience, an Enhanced DBS check (PrimeCarers can help arrange one), the right to work in the UK, and verifiable references.
