About this role
Private hourly visits in Caernarfon through PrimeCarers to support one elderly male client recently discharged from hospital; he is fully present and mobilises with a zimmer frame. Visits are 30 minutes: a morning call to empty night bags and give prescribed medication, and an evening call to attach a night bag to a leg bag. Duties include catheter care, bathing/personal hygiene, toileting, moving and handling and light cleaning; role needed from 25 Nov to 10 Dec.
