PrimeCarers seeks a female carer for emergency hourly visits in Oakham to support two elderly clients in their home, working directly with the family. Regular 2-hour visits daily from 09:30 include medication prompts, personal care, laundry, meal prep, light cleaning, escorted walks and help finding items; one client has dementia (no need for company/chats) and the other is sight-impaired and needs help attending appointments. Driving licence required.
