Typical pay is flexible and set by you: many carers charge within £17–£20 per hour. You can also list rates for hourly care and live-in day support using your profile: £18.80–£20 per hour and £140.50–£160 per day.

PrimeCarers handles the admin so you can focus on care. We find clients, issue contracts, manage invoicing and take care of payments. Insurance is included while you’re working on assignments arranged through the platform. You remain self-employed and in control of how you run your service.
