Work takes place in people's homes across Small Heath and the surrounding area including Bordesley Green, Alum Rock, Bordesley, Sparkbrook, Deritend and Hay Mills. Visits are daytime and hourly — personal care, medication prompting, meal support, shopping runs and light household tasks as agreed.
