Hourly care visits in London for an elderly male client after a stroke who uses a wheelchair and needs help with washing, toileting, stimulation and escorted outings. Ongoing, emergency start: two 4-hour morning visits each week, sporadic across Mon–Sun (07:00–11:00). Prefer an experienced carer local to reduce travel and ensure punctuality.
