Hello name is George, I am 36 years I have been in care for over 5 years now working with elderly and children with learning disabilities. Especially live in care. This has become my home now supporting and working together with the team involved. I am very reliable, patient and flexible when I do commit myself to work. I can work both independently and as a team. I am a team player, a quick learner and adjustable to any challenge. Care is my passion and I am a good listener. I love pets and I can help around to feed them when needed. I do cooking and Laundry. I love Music and Football. I work with hoist and also I support with physio exercises once they are recommended. I do drive with a UK full clean driving. licence. I can help with Gardening too. I love reading books and walking in parks. I prefer mostly working live in care for now two weeks on two weeks off. I don't mind the distance, I am okay to travel. At the moment I am available for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off reason because I have a contract some where I am caring every months. Which will change in the near future.

My days in London are split between hourly visits and overnight stays, and it is the quieter hours, helping someone settle for the night or sitting with them over breakfast, that I find most rewarding. There is something in that steady, unhurried pace that lets me really pay attention to how a person is doing, not just what needs doing. I am currently in my final year training as a student nurse, and that has sharpened the way I work day to day. If a client's condition changes, I know to act quickly and call for medical help without hesitation, and I have carried that same alertness into the personal care, cooking and general support I provide across a working day. Over five years I have supported people with dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, stroke and a wide range of other conditions, along with practical tasks like medication reminders, bathing and catheter care. I speak English and Ganda, which sometimes helps put clients and families at ease from the first conversation. People who know me describe me as calm and diligent, and I try to bring genuine warmth to every visit rather than just getting through a task list. Outside of care I enjoy walking, dancing and photography, small things that keep my own energy up so I can bring it to the people I look after. If you think I might be a good fit for your family, I would love to hear from you.

One client I supported had come home from hospital and had all but withdrawn, staying in bed most of the day and refusing help. Rather than push him, I sat with him, talked, and learned he used to enjoy going out for coffee and reading the paper. We built up slowly from there, first sitting up, then moving to a chair, then short walks around the home. Seeing him re-engage with life, step by step, is the kind of change that has stayed with me. I'm based in Staines-upon-Thames and offer hourly visiting care and overnight care, and I speak English and Ganda. Over two years I've supported people with a wide range of needs, including dementia, stroke, Parkinson's, diabetes and arthritis, as well as helping after operations or hospital stays. Alongside personal care such as washing, dressing, medication reminders and moving and handling, I put real weight on companionship: sharing a meal, chatting over the news, getting out for a walk, or simply being good company on a quiet afternoon. I also help with cooking, cleaning and laundry, so the practical side of a day runs smoothly too. What keeps me motivated is watching someone regain a bit of confidence or independence, even in small ways. If you'd like a carer who will take the time to get to know you or your relative properly, I'd be glad to hear from you.
