“Once, a client of mine was frightened during a fire alarm that went on far too long. She was bedbound and kept asking me not to leave her, so I held her hand, kept my voice steady, and phoned the porter to find out what was happening while she calmed down. Staying calm and solutions focused in moments like that is simply how I work.”

Matilda looked after my mother for almost 3 years after her stroke left her bed bound. The bond the 2 of them built together was very special and my mother loved and trusted Matilda above all others. All our family will be forever be grateful to Matida for her care and love on all levels.
